Hi everyone, a very warm welcome to Rico’s website. In this VAA website, I will be covering all my coursework application that I have learnt and gained throughout my ISS608 - Visual Analytics and Applications. Why take this course? It’s so hard leh!

Yes it is hard! But hands-on experience is important rather than just listening and memorising for finals or quizzes, and that is the reason why I took this course as I wanted to gain some hands-on experience on how to make use of R programming in associated with its related packages to build an effective and constructive website.

This course was a bit hard to learn at first due to certain administrative matters such as how to push your codes up to git and netifly, but as I went along, things started out to get easy for me as I get used to it, despite the ups and downs that I need to face when executing my projects and take home exercises.

But well, that is life isn’t? It isn’t always easy, so whether I can do it or not, I must always do and strive for my best to achieve good results and good career in the future.
